You’ll find Perry Homes, the newest builder at Homestead, offering homes on the 65’ lots. CastleRock Communities will offer homes on 55’ lots later this year! For more detailed information, just reach out to the builder you’re most interested in and they’ll help you get started.
But the best part of these new homesites? They’re located right by Homestead Commons, an award-winning amenity center! Homestead Commons is the recreational heart of Homestead, and is the most elaborate amenity center in the area.
